We are currently unable to renew individual users team subscription for Adobe Acrobat Std DC with our current renewed Team Subscription valid thruu Dec 2017.
Scenario:
User gets message "Subscription Expires", when activating our Acrobat Std DC according to the documented procedure, it looks as it works but then the applications reverts back to Acrobat Pro DC and says subscription expired?
All user information looks ok on the admin console Team page and the users indivual Adobe Account page!
We are also unable to remove users from the Team and reassign licenses?
Any hints would be appreciatied!
